I can’t even begin to think where Kojima will take things, but the socially dependent delivery system present in Sam Porter Bridges’ journey is one that controls beautifully, giving every step meaning as you stumble towards your destination, careful to avoid losing everything you’ve worked for. Fellow couriers would often come into view, while you’d also need to deal with evil monsters and bandits, but so much of the game was tranquil in its atmosphere, allowing the world to become our own. I adore this isolation, but I’d equally welcome expansion with deeper characters and more varied environments that aren’t just a bland mixture of rain, mountains, hills, and desert all populated by the same mixture of spooky monsters you’re desperately trying to avoid. The core systems are great, but with further refinement they could be something special.

It's unclear which of Kojima's favorite actors would be invited to join the Death Stranding universe if there were a sequel, but there are some performers who feel especially suited to starring in a Kojima game. From actors Kojima has worked with before to some who may not be aware of his work, here are the actors who would be the best additions to Death Stranding

Hellboy and Sons of Anarchy star Ron Perlman isn't directly linked to Kojima, but they do share an important friend in Guillermo Del Toro. Del Toro, who has collaborated with Kojima on P.T. and their unfinished Silent Hill game, has maintained a long working relationship with Perlman ever since casting him in Cronos , which was Del Toro's debut feature. Perlman went on to star in Del Toro films such as Blade 2 , Pacific Rim , and the Hellboy films. Outside of his collaborations with Del Toro, Perlman is known for his work in genre films, and he would fit in perfectly in the high-concept sci-fi world of Death Strandi

**Death Stranding 2 ** has possibly been leaked by Norman Reedus, prompting much speculation about what a sequel could look like, but not everything from the original Death Stranding should return for the sequel. Death Stranding was well-reviewed at release, with critics singling out praise for its many unique mechanics and strange premises, as befitting a Hideo Kojima game. However, the game had its flaws that the sequel should address. Death Stranding 2 needs to be a more concise package containing all the aspects players loved while removing those that weren't as well recei

There’s a tragic story told in Death Stranding about Cliff Unger. He was just a man who wanted to take back his son from Bridges, betrayed by the country that he fought for. Cliff Unger may seem like one of the antagonists in Death Stranding , but he is entirely misunderstood, and beautifully played by Mads Mikkelsen. Cliff was beached in his death and relentlessly sought out his "

Death Stranding 's vehicles are very clunky and handle very poorly even on straight, even terrain. The vehicles need to be revamped at the least if not removed entirely. Despite often being the best choice for transporting packages, driving vehicles is a chore especially when there are far more interesting and innovative methods of travel. The slingshot, zipline, and robot sled are unique methods of transportation design and are often faster and more fun to use than vehicles. These types of movement should be more encouraged in a Death Stranding sequel. Creating differed, uneven terrain would lend well to this and would cause players to lean more heavily into Death Stranding 's multiplayer social features as players explore and create new transportation netwo

One of the more tragic stories in Death Stranding involves Heartman. This Bridges member is greatly intelligent but suffering a great loss. Heartman lost his wife and daughter in a voidout, but due to his heart surgery occurring at the same time, he was present on the Beach to watch his family disappear to a Beach. To this day, Heartman searches Beach after Beach to find his lost fam

Death Stranding 2 vehicles Stranding was Kojima's first release after departing from Konami on bad terms in 2015, and it feels like the work of a director freed from his previous constraints. The game's slow pace and emphasis on delivering cargo on foot were divisive, but it was a critical and commercial success that has earned a following of devoted fans. Kojima has said that he's open to a sequel, though nothing official has been announced

Other notable roles Troy has under his belt include Simon in Spider-Man Miles Morales , Bruce Banner in Avengers , Magni in God of War (2018), and Delsin in Infamous Second Son . His good work has earned him several nominations and awards in the gaming world. These include a NAVGTR Award for Lead Performance in a Comedy for his Rhys in Tales from the Borderlands , a BTVA Voice Acting Award for Voice Actor of the Year, and both a VGX Award for Best Voice Actor and a NAVGTR Award for Lead Performance in a Drama for his work in The Last of
