Lost Ark: Sharpshooter Class Guide

The Scrapper is a big, punchy class with a lot of damage and utility - namely what we mentioned above, the Stagger buffs . Stagger is a mechanic in Lost Ark that allows players to knock down enemies and bosses. The Scrapper has this on the class' abilities as well as buffs for their teammates.

The Striker's specialty gauge stacks from attacks and abilities, generating Elemental Orbs . You might see these called Chakras or energy while reading through other guides. You can store three elemental at any time, four if you use the Deathblow class engraving. Stats aren't massively important during your first T1 Dungeons. You can clear a lot of content with a reliable gear set and enough AoE damage. However, to get speedy with your clearances, opt for a Crit focus for your stats. This is because of the Sharpshooter's general inclination toward Crit, especially with their skill Tripods we've listed above.

The Sharpshooter, like other Gunner classes, likes Crit damage, especially with the build above. At level 3, Keen Blunt Weapon provides a boost of 50% crit damage. That's massive.

Loyal Companion

In terms of the Scrapper's gauge, she has two: a Yellow bar and a Green bar. Yellow skills boost the yellow bar, green boosts the green bar. These are Stamina and Shock skills. The skills do different things, usually determined by your Engravings. We will go into detail about this below.

While leveling, you'll receive two types of potions: healing potions that grant a flat amount of HP, and HP potions that restore a percentage of your HP instantly. Keep your percent healing potions. They are the only potions you can use in Lost Ark's endgame activities, and they scale incredibly well into the endgame. The static HP potions work just fine for leveling, so use those. Put your percent HP potions into your bank for future use.


Both of these class Engravings require a specific build. That includes what other Engravings you run with the class. To keep it simple without diving too much into specific builds (we will have an advanced build guide for the Sharpshooter available at a later date), here's a sample set of recommended Engravings that can work on both class Engraving bui

The Striker is a subclass for the 'Martial Artist' class. In terms of where the Striker stands in PvP and PvE, it's a popular PvP class and sees less use in PvE. However, like all classes in Lost Ark, there are suitable builds for each gameplay t

Grudge is almost a must-have for any PvE role, and a must-have if you are playing Striker as a PvE class. It increases damage by 20 percent to Boss level or above monsters, while also reducing incoming damage by 20 perc

Lost Ark doesn't feature the traditional holy trinity of classes—DPS, healer, and tank. Tanks aren't really a thing in Lost Ark, and there are only two support classes in the NA/EU version (Paladin and Bard). Support classes are in hot demand in just about every server, so if you just want to pick a class that is highly valued at endgame, play a Bard or Paladin. If you want to play as a DPS, look for a class that mechanically or stylistically jives with you. There aren't any DPS comparisons or anything you need to worry about.

Bonus damage based on your amount of Shock meter when the ability is activated

This is a sample PvE build for the Scrapper, based on the Shock Engraving. There are also two options for the Awakening skills.


Upon activating Last Rush, recover 50% of the Hawk meter. The enemy hit by the ability takes an extra 40% damage for Enricossf's website 8 seconds.

Both of these class Engravings are viable, and it really depends on what sort of situation you find yourself in/what sort of build you're going for. On the one hand, you have Death Strike, which focuses on a burst damage build that wants to maintain the extra damage debuff for as long as possible .
